How much space does the machine need?Each machine is a standard full-size claw, about 3 feet wide and deep, and just under 7 feet tall.What are the electrical requirements?They run on a standard outlet and use about as much electricity as a desktop computer (operating power 80W, voltage 110V). That works out to just a few dollars a month, and most owners don’t even notice it on their bill.How does the revenue split work?I handle everything including the machine, stocking, maintenance, repairs, and prize costs. You receive a share of the net profits simply for providing the space. This setup is industry standard, simple, and completely hands-off for you.Who does the stocking, maintenance, and repairs?I take care of it all so you don’t have to lift a finger.How often do you service the machine?I restock weekly and check the condition of the machine during each visit. If you notice anything unusual like strange sounds or loose wires, please let me know right away.Do you require a contract?Yes. I use a short rental agreement to make sure everything is clear and there’s no confusion about terms.What happens if a customer has an issue (like a stuck prize)?Contact me immediately and I will try to handle it right away. If I’m not available, please take the customer’s contact information. I will either ship their prize or arrange to leave it at the store, depending on what we’ve agreed on.Can you theme prizes to match my store or events?Yes. I can swap in themed prizes or add small décor touches to match your store’s vibe. My core branding stays consistent, but I’m happy to tailor it to the space.Do you provide insurance for the machine?Yes. I will have coverage through NEXT Insurance before the machine is placed in your store.Can we do a trial period before committing?Yes. For new locations, I offer a one-month trial. I will restock weekly, clean the machine, and make adjustments as needed. At the end of the month we will review the results. If you’re happy, we continue month-to-month. If not, I will remove it at no cost to you, so there is no risk.
